Hi, I’m Julie Ryan, the creator behind Windy Hill Designs, coming to you from Windy Hill in Smyrna Georgia. I started my crafting journey with a simple decoupage project that was fun, and turned out pretty well if I do say so myself. That gave me the confidence and the curiosity to start trying other craft projects. Soon I was watching YouTube and found IOD, then it was on like donkey kong. I will stick a mould on anything! There are endless possibilities with moulds, transfers and paint inlays.
